# Audit specifications
# 1. App security
- It is prohibited to include content that endangers users, such as viruses and trojans (including such suspicious contents as malicious code).
It is prohibited to consume user traffic through frequent network consumption without the user's consent, exceeding normal business requirements.
It is prohibited to carry out automatic billing or stealth billing without the user's secondary confirmation, or to mislead or lure the user into paying for malicious billing fraud.
It is prohibited to forcibly start system services (such as Bluetooth, network services, etc.) without authorization from the user; in addition, if there is a need to obtain software-independent permission that may threaten the security of user information, the App will be rejected.
It is prohibited to impede the basic functions of the normal communication of user devices.
- It is prohibited to use other third-party Apps or SDK which contain executable code.
- It is prohibited to include illegal activities, such as network sniffing or illegal monitoring.
# 2. App functions
- The App shall have good compatibility with the terminal devices, and be installed, operated and uninstalled in a normal manner. It is prohibited to have frequent crashing and lagging during operation.
- Multiple desktop shortcut icons shall be disabled after the App is installed. The icon, name, actual function, etc. of the App must match the information that was filled in when submitting the App for auditing.
The App's functions need to be improved and used normally. It is prohibited to upload a version of an App without complete functions and experience.
It is prohibited for an App to affect the normal use of the terminal devices, including but not limited to: modification of the system configuration after installation, resulting in the user being unable to modify it, changing the functions of the buttons, etc.
It is prohibited for an App to exert malicious effects on the normal use of other Apps.
It is prohibited for an App to force users to download other third-party Apps.
It is prohibited for an App to contain features that are hidden or not perceived by the user.
It is prohibited for an App to cause excessive heating and excessive power consumption of the terminal devices.
- It is prohibited for an App to enable root function.
- The App shall not be updated automatically.
# 3. App contents
- It is prohibited for an App to be a simple package of content syndication and page integration.
- It is prohibited for an App to be the same as or too similar to Apps from other developers.
- It is prohibited for an App to take App distribution as the primary capability.
- It is prohibited for an App to be a cracked version or a Chinese version of an App with clear copyright ownership.
- It is prohibited to submit a large number of similar Apps.
- It is prohibited for an App to contain features that can modify other App data, archives, etc.
- It needs to have the capability of filtering illegal contents, shutting down services and stopping services for users violating the regulations, thereby effectively controlling contents produced by users.
- It is prohibited for an App to contain contents that are against the basic principles established by the Constitution.
- It is prohibited for an App to contain contents that endanger national security, disclose state secrets, subverts state power or undermine national unity.
It is prohibited for an App to contain contents that can do harm to national honour and interests.
It is prohibited for an App to contain contents that incite national hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermine national unity.
- It is prohibited for an App to contain contents that undermine the country's religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions.
- It is prohibited for an App to contain contents that spread rumors, disturb social order or undermine social stability.
- It is prohibited to distribute contents of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment.
- It is prohibited for an App to contain contents that insult or defame others, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
- It is prohibited for an App to contain any other contents that are prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations.
- It is prohibited to name an App with non-identifying vocabulary, such as an inductive App name.
- It is prohibited to position advertising promotion as a core feature of the App.
- It is forbidden to force, mislead or induce users to click on advertisements, or force software to install and bundle downloads.
- It is prohibited to allow in-App advertising to affect the normal operation and use of the functions of the App or devices, or mismatch with the applicable user community.
- It is prohibited for an App to promote related Apps in in-App advertising.
# 4. App payment
- Apps shall be reasonably priced based on the services provided. Over-pricing or price fraud is strictly prohibited.
- It is prohibited to mislead or lure users to pay. The App must clearly notify the user which services can be enjoyed after payment. The express content needs to be true and accurate, highlighting and conforming to the standards, and billing can only be implemented after being confirmed by the user. Services obtained after payment must be consistent with the commitments.
In case of user's complaint that is caused by the fact that the expressly available service has not been notified to the user after the user has paid, the developer must refund and bear the corresponding responsibility according to the relevant policy.
If the guardian requires a refund which is caused by payment solely from kids, the user will receive an unconditional refund within 7 working days after receiving the user feedback for refund.
- "Payment Only by Parents" should be emphasized in the payment guide interface. If the guardian requires a refund of a payment which was caused solely by their children, and the user's refund request is received within 7 working days of the payment, an unconditional refund policy should be implemented.
- If the App is purchased according to duration, the accumulated member account duration cannot exceed one year.
- Paid Apps must include free experience content, and the user experience shall be considered in the payment guide.
- In order to reduce the impact of children paying for their parents'mobile phones, we can set up a multi-month consumption package (e.g. 98 RMB/6 months), but we can not set the consumption option of consecutive package months.
# 5. User privacy
- It is prohibited to transmit, collect or use such private user data such as contacts, photos and SMS records without the user's consent or in violation of current laws.
- It is prohibited to use sensitive privacy rights or data that are not related to features.
- If an App contains security and protection features, a description of the privacy policy shall be provided and user data contents collected or transmitted. The purpose of the data, shared objects and other relevant information shall be explained to the user.
- The App shall be responsible for the confidentiality of the collection, storage, and transfer of personal information of users, and avoid leakage.
- It is prohibited to steal user passwords or other personal user data.
# 6. Developer behavior
Developers play a very important role in the App ecosystem. If your illegal behavior has a negative impact on the imoo company, imoo reserves the right to disable the publishing of the App, and you shall bear the legal liability thereof. Please understand and follow the following requirements:
- Developers are required to ensure that all information provided to the imoo company is true and accurate, and that the developer information is updated as soon as it is changed.
- Developers are required to ensure that the App is the latest version in the imoo App store.
- Developers are required to notify the user in time when App operation is suspended or encounters special abnormalities, and timely handle exceptions to reduce user losses.
- Developers are prohibited from frequently changing such App information as signatures, icons and names.
- Developers are required to ensure the normal use of the App, while Apps that are not maintained for a long time may be removed from our website.
- Developers involved in such infringement cases as plagiarism or other violations of the rights of other developers may have their Apps removed from our website.
# 7. imoo's statement
Although the imoo App store has the right to conduct formal examinations, imoo shall not be responsible for the substantive audit review of the legality and authenticity of an App provided by a developer, and shall not bear any legal responsibility incurred by any problems of an App provided by a developer.
In order to protect developers' copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests, the imoo App store formulates infringement complaint notices and counter-notification procedures. When developers safeguard rights and interests, please follow the standard procedures.
